These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wa365. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on our platform. By accessing or using wa365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

To register and use the wa365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the wa365 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether in your own name or under any other identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or another person's personal details under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. wa365 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. wa365 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.
All wa365 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.
wa365 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process is a one-time procedure for most players.
KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. You will receive a notification upon approval or if additional documentation is required.
Withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000 per transaction require completed KYC verification. wa365 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage if unusual account activity is detected, regardless of withdrawal amount.
wa365 accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian players:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your wa365 account instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. wa365 does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wa365 bears no responsibility.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your wa365 account are your own personal funds, obtained through lawful means, and that you are the authorized account holder of the sending payment method. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is strictly prohibited.
If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty (30) minutes of the transaction, you should contact wa365 support via live chat and provide your transaction reference number. wa365 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed or delayed deposits within twenty-four (24) hours.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. wa365 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using supported local bank transfer or e-wallet methods.
wa365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party payment method. All withdrawals must be sent to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the wa365 account holder.
A withdrawal request may be reversed by the player within fifteen (15) minutes of submission provided it has not yet been processed by our payments team. Once a withdrawal has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
wa365 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of ten times (10x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each specific bonus will always be disclosed prior to acceptance.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unused or incomplete bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry of the validity window. Wagering requirement progress resets to zero upon expiry.
wa365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, matched betting designed to exploit promotional structures, or collusion between players. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of wa365.
Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
wa365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wa365 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wa365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure for a material breach, wa365 may forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, at its sole discretion. If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on record.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by wa365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy.
